A Seventies Residence in Athens Is Renovated for Two Artwork Curators

Nestled between the colourful neighborhoods of Exarcheia and Kolonaki, the Artwork Curators’ Residence on the base of Athens’ Lycabettus Hill has undergone a dramatic transformation by Oikonomakis Siampakoulis architects. Initially a typical Seventies two-bedroom dwelling, it has been meticulously redesigned to replicate the inventive sensibilities and world influences of its house owners – two younger professionals within the arts and communication industries. Their intensive assortment of artworks, design items, and heirloom furnishings knowledgeable the design strategy, leading to a residing area that serves as each a house and a curated gallery.
